Every month I look forward to opening my Lucky Dip Club subscription box; filled with a fun printed pair of socks, enamel pin and mini zine it really does brighten my day.

Naturally I was eagerly anticipating the April box, but when it arrived I was absolutely blown away by how perfect it was – and very befitting of the season ahead. The plant/grow theme is my favourite by far and I can’t wait to show you everything that’s inside this ‘gram-worthy box.

I am going to get to the contents (I promise) but I really do have to big up the box design first. It’s absolutely stunning – I wish all my post arrived as beautifully packaged as this!

This months box was collaborated on by Jacqueline Colley and PEACHish. If you want to grab a one-off box (after seeing what’s inside you surely will!) you can grab one (without the subscription) here! But hurry – stock this pretty won’t sit around for long!

On to the goodies inside…

Socks

This months socks were designed by the super-talented Jacqueline Colley (@jacequelinecolley on Instagram if you want a peek at her beautiful illustration and pattern work.) They fit a UK size 4-7 and feature the most perfect all-over plant print. Boasting Monstera leaves, succulents, cacti and more these socks are perfect for plant ladies/men who love to sport a quirky style. Best of all they will add a little greenery in to your life without the worry of them dying on you (which is great for me as I’ve been known to kill-off Cacti…)

Enamel Pin

Designed by PEACHish (@Lois.gunn on Instagram if you want to peruse her Insta-perfect pins, jewellery and illustrations) this months pin features a striking succulent design in a pastel palette.

Opening the box up the first thing I noticed was the sheer size of this enamel pin – it’s absolutely huge! It’s a stunning pin and makes a wonderful statement piece. I can’t wait to wear it this Spring pinned to my sunshine yellow jumper.

Magazine

And finally, the box came with the usual Lucky Dip zine. It’s had a bit of a rebrand of late and has moved away from the ‘Girl Planet’ idea in the pursuit of inclusivity (which I’m sure we can all appreciate!) The content is still as inspirational and empowering as ever though and this 24 page zine features stories and articles centred around the idea of ‘growth’.

I’m really loving everything in the box this month and can’t wait to see what else is in store for future boxes!
